Handstitched, twin layered, comes readily equipped with safe shock-absorbent pulp. 4ft and 5ft long comes with a tether loop facility that can be attached to an anchor for reduced sway.‚ The kit includes gel foam padded bag gloves, a heavy-duty swivel with 4-strand chain set for secure attachment and a powder coated ceiling hook to hold the heavy bag in place but still rotating freely. Pre-filled punch bags weights are as follow.
4ft Pre-filled Punch bag: Approx. 18 - 20 KG (Maximum Filling Capacity 40-50 KG)
5ft Pre-filled Punch bag: Approx. 20 - 22 KG (Maximum Filling Capacity 50 - 60 KG)
Same weight & filling capacity is recommended for the unfilled punch bags as well.
