British Boxers is an online platform dedicated to British boxing news, fighter profiles, fight results, community forums, and premium subscription content. We provide both free and paid (Pro) tiers of access. Features available to free users include browsing news, fighter profiles, and public forum threads. Pro subscribers gain access to additional features including unlimited AI chat, Fight Night live rooms, and exclusive content.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel subscriptions at our discretion.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly (£4.99/month) or annual (£39.99/year) basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. User Content

By posting content to British Boxers (including forum posts, comments, and predictions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The British Boxers name, logo, website design, and all original content produced by our editorial team are the intellectual property of British Boxers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission. News articles sourced from third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are used under fair dealing provisions.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all fight results, fighter records, and news content are accurate and sourced from reputable outlets. However, we make no warranty that the information on this site is complete, accurate, or up to date. Fight results and records are sourced from the British Boxing Board of Control (BBBofC) and other verified sources. We do not publish fabricated or speculative fight results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, British Boxers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
