Brandon 'The Don' Daord from Birkenhead, Merseyside made history by becoming the first super flyweight from his hometown to win a British title. A decorated amateur with 8 ABA Championships and a Commonwealth Games bronze medal, Daord defeated Matty McHale in Glasgow in February 2025 to claim the vacant British super flyweight title. He remains unbeaten as a professional.
